Today was my sisters birthday. We had dinner together tonight in her honor.

2011 Christmas

We had an amazing Christmas. I am usually completely worn out from working at Prestage and then taking the Santa photos, and this year was no exception. On Christmas Eve, after the photos, Ricky, Parker, and I headed to my parents house for their tradional Christmas Eve get-together. As always, there was plenty of great food and company. Afterwards, at 10pm, we went to our church for communion. It was a beautiful, spiritual ceremony. I was exhausted but enjoyed it tremendously.
On Christmas morning, we (Ricky, Parker, & I) came downstairs and opened our gifts. Parker bought me 3 seasons of Sopranos, and some Bath & Body Works. Ricky got me a Fossil watch that I have wanted for a few years, a new Droid cell phone, a $100 gift card to my favorite store (Maurices), a cordless mouse for my laptop, a cozy robe, a monogramed cup, and chocolate covered cherries. I am so blessed. I know I don't need or deserve all this and I love them all. The DROID is a challenge to say the least. Gosh, I need a college degree just to operate the thing.
I have 2 wonderful guys in my life!
We went to the Parker's and had Christmas with Ricky's parents, his brother & sister, and his children and grandchildren.
Next we went to the Greenwoods and had christmas there.
Last but not least we went to our best friends, Mark & Lisa Neal to exchange gifts.
It was a wonderful day. My cup runneth over...

To My Dear Friends~Here I Am

Throughout my life, God has blessed me with wonderful friends. Christmas-time is another reminder of how much they mean to me. I have added some pictures of the special ladies in my life. If you are my friend and you don't see your picture...it's probably because I don't have one...but you know who you are!!

Another Jacob Update

Jacob is so lucky because Santa works for his Aunt Fannie (that's me) so he gets to see Santa anytime he wants to. He is definetly Santa's favorite!!
I have missed seeing my little buddy because I'm working so much. In January I hope he can come for another sleep-over! I Love You Jacob Alexander!

Get Well Soon Sunshine

Parker was home for the weekend. I always love it when he comes home. Just having him near makes my world a better place. He has been helping me at the mall and does a fantastic job. Saturday he was feeling really cruddy, so Sunday he went to the doctor. He was diagnosed with strep throat. He had to get some injections and prescritions. I hope he will be feeling better real soon. I love you Parker!

Meet Cassie

Cassie Ward: Parker has a new "Special Someone" in his life. I liked Cassie from the 1st time I met her. She has a very bubbly personality and a great sense of humor. Her smiles are definetly contagious. Cassie is a senior in high school and she's a cheeleader. She also works a part-time job. Needless to say, she has really impressed me!
More importantly, she makes my baby boy happy, and that's good enough for me!
I'm looking forward to her spending the holidays with us.
You can see from the photos just how pretty she is, but luckily her beauty isn't just skin deep...it's inside as well.

A New Meaning of "Drive-Thru Window"

Uh...ma'am, you'll have to park and come inside...Santa does not service through a drive-thru window.

Last Saturday someone drove their vehicle through the door of Tomlinsons. Hopefully she will be ok. Talk about a freak accident =-0

I Know I Can

Tonight as I drove home from the mall...from doing Santa photos, I made a very important decision. It is a decision that will surely improve my quality of life, and my health. It will most certainly be a challange and I hope I will be successful. I owe it to myself, and my loved ones. Keep me in your prayers.

Here Comes Santa Claus

It's hard to believe, but it's that time of year again.  On Saturday we start the Christmas photos at the mall.  I always look forward to it, even though, by the end, I am completely wiped out.  I look forward to seeing folks that I don't see throughout the year.  And I get to indulge myself in photography, which I think is an awesome thing.  It's always amazing to see what the photos look like once they slide off the printer.  We always have the best staff so hopefully we will have a productive and profitable season.  See you there??

Saturday night we went over to my sister Lisa's house for dinner & fun.  We had a great meal and lots of laughs.  We really enjoyed it...my last Saturday off until after Christmas!
